Cambridgeshire Lib Dems have condemned the Tory County Council for once again breaking its budget promise to the Cambridgeshire electorate. It highlights the recent announcement about its intention to axe rural bus routes in which the Tories have said that such cuts are necessary to enable the Council to maintain funding for adult and children's social services.
